(Tipton, Ind.-AP) A Hobbs pet owner is facing charges for allegedly shooting two men after a dog attacked and killed his poodle. David Lee Bible was charged yesterday with a felony count of pointing a loaded firearm and another of criminal recklessness and two misdemeanor counts.
